Malibu Colony
Malibu Colony is a private guard gated community featuring beachfront properties in one of the most prime locations in all of Malibu. The community sits adjacent to Malibu Lagoon State Beach and features a long stretch of beachfront land known as "Malibu Colony Road." The homes here are beautiful and architecturally stunning beach homes. Centrally located this beach enclave is only minutes from the heart of Malibu. In the early years, the Colony catered primarily to Hollywood Stars and movie industry leaders.
The area is also home to the Malibu Country Mart, a popular outdoor shopping and dining destination, which features a collection of high-end shops, cafes, and restaurants. The Malibu Pier is also located just a short walk from the community, and it offers a variety of recreational activities such as fishing, dining, and shopping.
A lovely sandy beach to walk on at lower tides the rocks and tide pools are exposed at the ends of the Colony beach.
